The person/s at the the listed email addresses (below) do not respond to inquiries about keys. Is there a phone number to call someone??

I didn't respond because all emails you sent me went to my Spam folder because of the Sender name and only "Inquiry" in the subject line; I found them tonight after reading your post. I check emails every night so that I can respond on a daily basis. Be sure to put SEPA or Suburban in the Subject line to catch my attention - otherwise I think it's spam.

I am sending you the form in an email.

Need to get a hold of key lady! But only one key is issued per deed so if your deeded to more then one then you can get another key.

THe rule of thumb is 1 key per person per deeded lot, up to 4 keys. If your 2.5 acre lot is on one deed, you still can only get max. of 4 keys.

And remember you do not loan your key out to anyone that is not a landowner.

Looks like there are 3 people on the deed to that property. So only 3 keys. How many keys did previous owner give you?

So does buyer not get a key if the previous owner keeps their key? I would be pissed! Sounds to je you are punishing the new owners for being naive. That is a cold cruel question you ask!

The point is....if the seller does not relinquish all previous keys to the property, then they need to be reported as lost/stolen by the owner to Lauretta. Then they will go on the Lost/Stolen list, with authorization from you, the owner, to confiscate the key if they show up in a key check.
