There is a beautiful love scene in deliverance, great for the whole family. Ned Beatty should have received an oscar for his performance.

WEEEEEEE...WEEEEEEEE

Please rent it soon and let us know what you think

Old timers vs Newcomers..

Postby heater2 » Wed May 16, 2007 11:40 am

I totally understand why people who have owned property at SE forever resent ALL the changes to SE including hundreds of new property owners. I get it. It sucks for you. I know a lot of shoot has been happening out there that is, more than likely, not even attributed to landowners. So, my point is this. What if, just what if, the majority of new landowners are family-type people who just want a place to go on weekends to camp out with their kids like they used to when they were kids. What if, they will care about the place and want to help out and want to contribute and want to look out for their neighbors? Maybe they actually have good family values and will respect people's property. There are actually new landowners who are willing to donate money for firetrucks and road repairs - even if they don't know any of you, have to work on weekends so can't attend the S.E.P.A. MEETINGS etc. Don't count everyone out just yet. Sometimes change can be good even if it takes awhile to get there. You shouldn't have been so hard on Lberra, she sounded like a really nice lady. You bunch of old goats...pearl necklace shame on you

You are probably right in your line of thinking but we were just funnin.

There is one guarantee thou. If no new people come into SE then the A Hole population will not increase at all. We will just have the same A Holes.

Just wait until we start having some rain. You will see what the influx of "families just wanting to have fun" does to the place. It is going to be a disaster. The only good thing is is that is you do have have a 4WD you will not get in or out of the gate so there will be plenty of entertainment.
